The Challenge

Orum, a fast-growing AI sales conversation platform, needed a polished, on-brand presentation system and library of eGuides to support their outbound sales team and demand gen campaigns. Their previous decks and documents lacked consistency and visual impact, making it difficult to maintain a cohesive brand experience across sales and marketing channels.

My Role

I led the design of Orum’s new company deck template and a series of marketing eGuides, helping unify their brand across customer-facing touchpoints. Partnering with internal stakeholders, I translated their messaging into a modern, high-impact visual system optimized for flexibility, clarity, and storytelling.

Process

Audited existing sales decks and content marketing assets to identify gaps in consistency and usability
Developed a modular presentation system in Google Slides, optimized for self-serve editing and storytelling flexibility
Designed multiple eGuide layouts for gated content campaigns, balancing marketing goals with engaging editorial design
Integrated typography, color, and photography styles to align tightly with Orum’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints

Outcome

Empowered sales and marketing teams to build professional, on-brand materials quickly and consistently
